Refund policy

• You have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act, starting from when you receive your order.
• The returned product must be unused and in resalable condition.
• Note! Hygiene products (e.g. underwear) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
• The first return is free of charge. Subsequent returns cost €12 per return.
• For defective products, the full amount and delivery costs will be refunded.
