Deliveries

  • We ship products from Finland within 1-3 days. They will arrive in 2-5 days.
  • By default, we deliver to the nearest Posti or Matkahuolto parcel locker.

Returns

  • You have a 14-day right of return from the receipt of the order, according to the Consumer Protection Act.
  • The returned product must be unused and in saleable condition.
  • NOTE! Hygiene products (e.g., underwear) do not have a right of return if the packaging has been opened.
  • The first return is free. Subsequent returns cost 12 € per return.
