Puhdistamo's Triple Magnesium contains three high-quality forms of magnesium: magnesium malate, glycinate, and taurate in a balanced combination. Magnesium promotes, among other things, muscle function, protein synthesis, energy metabolism, and strengthens bones. Triple Magnesium is gentler on the stomach than conventional magnesium and is excellently absorbed.
